CAGAYAN DE ORO – Air Asia Philippines is set to make an impact in Cagayan de Oro City and Northern Mindanao, December 12, as the airline takes its first flight via Laguindingan Airport en route to Cebu.
Air Asia Philippines President & CEO, Atty. Josephine Joy D. Cañeba was recently in the city for a “meet and greet” event at Seda Centrio, November 27.
Attorney Josephine Cañeba introduces Air Asia to the local media, “That’s Air Asia, we’re big on efficiency, and we’re big on ensuring that all our people are well trained, capable and can deliver a good flight, our captains are very well trained, even in case of emergency – they know what to do”.
Air Asia is customer focused, it cares and treats everyone in the same manner that they want to be treated when flying.

“We do a quick turnaround, 25 minutes, why?, because we ensure that the next flight will not have delays waiting for the turnaround aircraft, that’s how efficient we are” Cañeba continues.

Air Asia marks a new beginning in Northern Mindanao, “one good thing is that we are back in Cagayan de Oro; our first flight is on December 12 from Cagayan de Oro to Cebu”, Cañeba continued.
