CDO artist makes it to the top five in the National Digital Awards

Ronald Mastail of Cagayan de Oro will compete in the National Digital Awards 2014. His entry entitled “Ang Pagbabago ni Juan Tamad” was selected as one of the top five finalists in the Motion Graphics-Professional Category.

 

The National Digital Awards 2014 Awarding and Concert will be held on November 21, 6pm at Aliw Theater. Parokya ni Edgar and Callalily, two of the country’s most famous bands will be there.

Aside from the major awards for the four main categories: Professional – Motion Graphics; Student – Motion Graphics; Professional – Print, and Student – Print, there is also the People’s Choice Award which will be based on the number of likes and shares an entry gets. Ronald is an IT graduate from Liceo de Cagayan University. He is currently the editorial cartoonist and layout, graphic artist of BusinessWeek Mindanao.

The National Digital Arts Awards (NDAA) aims to highlight the skills and talents of Filipino digital artists. The NDAA also wants to showcase the capabilities of the digital art community in the Philippines.
