Here are some photos of the opening of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the east wing of JR Borja General Hospital which took place last October 3. It was also the 50th death anniversary of Cagayan de Oro’s first elected mayor Justiniano R. Borja who served the city from 1953 to 1964.
The new facility has an emergency room, laboratory, X-ray room, and Intensive Care Unit at the ground floor. Furthermore, the second floor has 14 wards while the suite rooms are at the third floor.
This new building is funded by the Health Facility Enhancement Program of the Department of Health with the assistance of the City Government under the administration of Mayor Oscar Moreno.
