Limketkai Luxe Hotel, arguably the tallest tower in Mindanao to date, and also a beacon of luxury in the hospitality industry of Northern Mindanao, is now open. The hotel, of which previews and sneak peeks we posted, is bound to be a luxurious destination for local Kagayanons and tourists alike.
Kagay-anons watched with bated breaths while this tower rose along Limketkai Drive. Today, it stands high and mighty as a defining feature of the city skyline. Now, everyone is anxious to get in. This new addition to the city’s hotel facilities will surely cement the city’s stand as a complete tourism, business and investment destination, and a true gateway to Northern Mindanao.
Limketkai Luxe Hotel will offer complete facilities for the modern traveler, starting with 213 guest rooms (180 of which are deluxe, 12 executive suites, 5 club deluxe twins, and 16 club executive suites). In addition, they are offering recreational facilities such as an Outdoor infinity swimming pool (overlooking Limketkai Center), a Wading pool, Gym and sauna. Guests who mean business will be delighted to find a Business Center and an Executive Lounge for conducting meetings with local colleagues.
Kagay-anons will be delighted as their choices for their meetings and event venues will be wider as Limketkai Luxe will offer Ballrooms, Function Rooms, and Boardrooms, which are clearly set apart from their contenders with classy interiors.
Services such as Limousine and Car rental and Valet Parking clearly set the bar higher for guests with discriminating tastes. Others, such as Baby-sitting/Child-Care, Laundry, Airline and Tour reservation, Sundry Shop, and Hotel Clinic are nifty additions that would make the guests’ stay extra comfortable.
Foods and drinks are not missed out, of course, as KaVe Restaurant and Bar, Executive Lounge, Lobby Lounge, and Pool Bar will be opened. Hotel dining just got a lot more interesting. If you want more options though, Gateway Park and Rosario Strip is just a few steps away.
This week, Limketkai Luxe is undergoing a test run as staff are preparing, ironing out details and making sure everything is perfect. Full blast operations will start next week. They even have a Chinese New Year treat for everyone, on January 31:
Limketkai Luxe Hotel has been one of the most anticipated developments in the city, if not the entire island. And Cagayan de Oro has never been so proud and thankful to its homegrown Limketkai Center for making such a magnificent feat worthy of international mention. Kudos! And to that we say, Tsada Gyud!
