Here’s a look back at Corrales Street without Centrio, circa 2009. Pretty much nothing has changed, except that spaghetti wires are all over the place. Today, only the part fronting water district and the capitol side have wires — Centrio has buried all of them which results to a good view.
This is the De Lara Park in Provincial Capitol, when it was still covered in grass. An executive decision was made concreting all of the park except the trees, as the grass was proving to be hard to maintain when people are stepping on it. Although many would still agree on keeping the grass.
