The coastal road has reached its approach at Gusa. Currently the outer seawalls are complete, but the surface is still being compacted. Another business district rising in Cagayan de Oro is the Paseo del Rio Business Complex. Seen in the photo are the Paseo Mall and ZCX Convention Center and the Riviera Hotel. The Kagay-an Festival 2013 ended with a bang with Centrio Mall’s first pyromusical fireworks held last night along Cagayan de Oro River.
