Cagayan de Oro construction sector remains bullish

Cagayan de Oro is now a highrise city. Currently, the 19 story Limketkai Hotel holds the title as the king of CDO’s skyline. But, sooner or later, it will pass its throne to another as taller structures are already under construction.

The photo above showcases the midrise and highrise structures of Cagayan de Oro. Six of these buildings are already existing namely Limketkai Hotel, Seda Hotel, Primaverra Residences (Tower 1), Maxandrea Hotel, Tune Hotel, and Paseo Mall. Another six are rising and they are as follows: Puregold, G-Galyx Hotel, MUST Buildings, Paseo Mall, Centrio Tower, and the Riviera Hotel. Four are in the pipeline; One Oasis Cagayan de Oro, Paseo del Rio Residential Towers, The Loop, and Centrio Tower 2.

With the expansion of several developments, the influx of condominiums plus the presence of new players, Cagayan de Oro will continue to enjoy the status as one of the construction hubs in the south. Every year, the economic landscape of the city changes… getting better and higher.
