It is going to be a busy week for Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro as its celebrates its three flavorful years of producing top caliber chefs who are now successful in their own endeavors. CIC has prepared series of events open to everybody.
“Delicious,” “organic,” and “nutritious,” are the words that best describes CIC as they have been teaching students not only how to cook but be conscious about nutritional content as well. With Chef Malou Caudal as their program director, a Culinary Nutritionist-Dietitian, CIC is committed of integrating proper nutrition to its comprehensive culinary arts program.
