City hall to pursue P100-m loan for modern traffic system

A COUNCILOR has disclosed city hall’s  move to pursue a plan to borrow P100 million for the modernization of the city’s traffic and security systems.

Originally, a dozen firms submitted their bids but these were reduced to nine, said Councilor Alden Bacal, the chairperson of the city council’s public utilities committee.
